I am reasonable and I think good business ethics are important, so I’ll help you with anything if you have problems with your board/DIY kit/etc, so please consider contacting me (email@example.com) if you have any problems so that we could sort out a solution.
The information below shows what you are entitled to, but I often give out more, so we could probably work out something more suitable if you contacted me before requesting any refund, returns, etc.
Return and Refund Policy
If you received a product which is damaged upon arrival, you can return the product and get a full refund, the refund will include the shipping cost that you paid when you purchased the product, but will not include the shipping cost that you will have to pay when shipping it back to me. Alternatively, if you received a product which is damaged upon arrival, you may request a replacement, or replacement parts needed to repair your product, you do not have to pay any additional costs or shipping costs.
If you are not satisfied with the product that you received but it is otherwise working as intended according to the product’s information page, then you can return the product and get a refund on the product itself, but you will not receive any refunds on all shipping costs.
If you ordered a product and you wish to be refunded before it is shipped to you due to personal circumstances, then you are entitled to a full refund. However, if you ordered a make to order product (such as keyboard kits) and you wish to obtain a refund after I have ordered the parts for your order (from manufacturers), then you are liable to a $5 penalty to the refund, do understand that a lot of the parts from custom orders are not reusable and end up sitting on the shelf, a general rule of thumb is to request a refund before the end of the month as I order the parts at the start of each month.
If you ordered a DIY kit and broke certain components whilst attempting to build the kit, you can order the replacement parts necessary at shipping cost + reduced price, but you are not entitled to any refunds. It is best if you contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any trouble with assembling your kit.
When you checkout, you will be asked to fill out your name, email, shipping address and phone number, you will not receive any advertising content from me at all, you will only receive emails relating to the specific order that you purchased. This information is only used for shipping purposes and is not shared to anyone at all, see About Us for more details.
When you subscribe to the Newsletter in the Blog page, you will receive an email when a new blog post is released, when a new product is released, or when there is relevant news relating to UniKeyboard/Unique Keyboard.
